Production Process

1. Cutting Tubes
Raw borosilicate glass tubes are precisely cut into lengths tailored to the final product specifications, ensuring uniformity for consistent downstream processing.
2. Seal the Bottom
The cut tube ends are heated to a molten state and sealed using specialized tools, forming a closed base that creates the foundational vessel shape.
3. Blow Molding
Using a combination of compressed air and custom molds, the heated glass is inflated and shaped into the desired irregular or custom form, whether artistic, functional, or decorative.
4. Annealing
The formed glass is slowly heated and cooled in a controlled annealing furnace. This critical step relieves internal stress, significantly enhancing the glass's strength, thermal shock resistance, and overall durability.
